What is stored
Tasks, priorities, routines, notes, carrying plans, groceries and manual financial figures are saved to private cloud storage when connected. Guest access uses a secure browser cookie. Signing in connects an account plan to your identity for access across devices. Signed-out requests cannot read an account plan.
Cloud records are not end-to-end encrypted. The hosting administrator can administer storage. The app keeps the previous cloud snapshot for recovery; it is not a permanent archive.
This browser and offline use
Unsent changes are stored in this browser for recovery. You can also enable Keep a copy on this device for offline use in Backup and settings. That copy includes your planner's private content and is appropriate for a device you trust. Turning the option off removes the offline copy, while unsent drafts remain available for recovery. Signing out through the planner clears the active offline copy.
The service worker caches public planner pages, guides, fonts and images. It does not cache private API responses, sign-in pages or account requests. Offline planning needs a successful first online visit and an enabled device copy. If the browser clears or evicts storage, reconnect and load the cloud plan or restore a backup.
Guest access and changing devices
Clearing the guest cookie can remove access to that guest plan. Export a backup before clearing browser data. Sign in to use an account plan across devices. If a guest plan is available after sign-in, review the import before replacing an account plan. A backup also lets you move a plan manually.
Sharing and connections
There are no advertising or analytics scripts in the planner. It does not connect to banks, stores or payment services. No purchases or transfers are made. The share tool shows a text preview, copies only the priorities and optional reflection you choose, and does not publish your plan. Sharing the site URL does not give anyone your planner data.
Backups and cleanup
Backups contain private notes and figures. Keep downloaded JSON files somewhere secure. Restore shows a preview and requires confirmation before replacing your planner. Removing older weeks requires a fresh backup and confirmation. A previous cloud snapshot may temporarily retain the prior version; this cleanup is not an account-deletion request.
