A weekly plan works when it is small enough to keep. The Weekly Command Center is built around one ritual you repeat every Sunday: look back, choose what matters, and give each day a short list.
1. Look back (5 minutes)
Open last week using Previous or Saved weeks at the top of the planner. What got done? What kept getting moved? Write one sentence in the reflection box about what you learned. See The Sunday review for the questions to ask.
2. Choose three priorities (5 minutes)
Three is the limit. One for health, one for love, one for wealth is a good default. A priority is an outcome, such as "walk four mornings" or "dinner out with my partner," not a category.
3. Give each day a short list (5 minutes)
Put no more than three tasks on a workday. Put the hardest one first. Leave at least one day lighter than the others, because something unexpected will land there.
4. Set your two routines (2 minutes)
Pick one morning anchor and one evening anchor, then mark them each day. Fourteen small check marks a week add up. See Routines that stick.
5. Handle the practical things (3 minutes)
Plan meals for the busiest nights and write the grocery list. Update the money snapshot once a week. See Meals and groceries.
